Before you may begin taking the BSN nursing courses, you must finish all General Courses and Pre-Nursing courses. To see which General Courses are going to be offered in each start date, download the General Course schedule.

The first chart below contains the start dates for the 12-week Pre-Nursing courses Pathophysiology and Pharmacology. The second chart is a list of start dates and deadlines associated with the BSN Nursing courses. Once you have completed your General Courses and Pre-Nursing courses, you will need to fill out your second application to show your intent to start in the BSN nursing courses.

The University of Texas at Arlington confers degrees three times a year, in December, May, and August, and offers graduation ceremonies in December and May. It is possible you will complete your degree requirements prior to the conferral date. If so, your degree will be conferred at the next available conferral date. You are welcome to participate in the graduation ceremony closest to your date after you complete your degree requirements.
